Emulsifiable demolding oil. Mainly used in structural and civil engineering as well as in the concrete products industry and primarily with the use of timber formwork. Only to be used on metal formwork if a component is not demolded immediately but left to cure in the mold in a vapor bath. With new or little used shutter boards, the recommended application concentration is a mixing ratio of 1 part oil to 10 parts water. 1 part oil to 20 parts water is sufficient for well-used shuttering boards which are well-soaked with oil. Preparation of the emulsion by stirring in the oil in the mixing water provided. The emulsion is applied by brushing or spraying just before concreting, wherever possible. Enables clean and easy demolding, good curing, smooth surfaces and is economic to use.
